Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications/products through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Identify, document, and track bugs/issues using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for QA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automation).
Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with API testing and SQL queries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
ISTQB or other QA certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,400.84 - ₹40,946.23 per month
