Who You Are

Minimum qualification of a bachelors degree
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in call quality Analysis from Loan IndustryPossess strong verbal communication skills, with fluency in three languages (proficiency in English, Hindi is desired)You have a strong understanding of outbound sales processes and can effectively monitor and audit interactionBe prompt, courteous, and capable of building rapport with fellow team membersYou are customer-centric, proactive, and analytical in your approach to improving sales call efficiencyGood knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
