PUMP ACADEMY PVT. LTD. QMS MANAGER/ENGINEER (ISO, SoPs & TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION)

We are a Bengaluru-based technology company, at the forefront of Industrial IIoT and AI/ML-driven digital transformation through our flagship platform, iPUMPNET, revolutionizing the way Pumping Stations and Treatment Plants are monitored and optimized.

We are now expanding our team and invite experienced Quality Management professionals to join us in our journey toward smarter, sustainable water systems.

Key Skills & Expertise:

Lead and coordinate ISO 9001, 45001, 27001 and other relevant certifications, audits, and compliance programs
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) across departments
Prepare, control, and update QMS manuals, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory and internal standards
Drive internal audit programs, track non-conformities, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
Manage document control systems including version control, distribution, archival, and retrieval processes
Prepare and maintain technical documents such as work instructions, checklists, engineering records, and operational guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and embed QMS practices into daily operations
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, water infrastructure, or utilities sectors preferred
