CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

· Education Qualification B. TECH/BE- Civil/Diploma-Civil(8-9Years)

· Relevant Experience 5-7 Years

Location: Jagtial Telangana

· Any Other Key skills required Problem solving & root cause analysis, Raw Materials Testing, Procedures, IS Code Quality Assurance, Quality control, Client Coordination.

· Industry preferred Engineering & Construction

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

· The preparation of the company QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions

· Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation

· Coordinate and monitor all quality-related activities for all projects

· Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.

· Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.

· Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all projects requirements with the project bidders.

· Attend client quality management meetings

· The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.

· Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements

· Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.

· Coordinate and monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

· Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager

· Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager

· Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with the Client representatives.

· Monitor statistical method reporting.

· Co-ordinate and Monitor in action and close all Client complaints

· Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.

· Carry out inspection and check for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

· Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of the Non-Compliance Report.

· Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to the Quality Management system.

· Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.

· Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyses all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.

· Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
