Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in both manual and automation testing specifically within the Healthcare domain The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in Appeals and Grievance Management and a strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA and CMS regulations You will play a key role in ensuring the quality reliability and compliance of our healthcare applications through robust testing strategiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and execute manual and automated testing efforts across healthcare applicationsDesign and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium Cypress or PlaywrightValidate business workflows related to Appeals and Grievance Management ensuring regulatory complianceCollaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test plans and test casesPerform functional regression integration API and data validation testingConduct root cause analysis and ensure timely defect resolutionParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectivesMentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and quality assuranceSupport UAT and production release validation

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field6 to10 years of QA experience with a strong mix of manual and automation testingDeep understanding of Healthcare domain workflows especially Appeals and Grievance ManagementExperience with automation tools eg Selenium WebDriver TestNG Cypress PostmanStrong knowledge of API testing REST SOAP and data validation using SQLFamiliarity with healthcare compliance standards HIPAA CMSExperience with defect tracking and test management tools eg JIRA Azure DevOpsExcellent communication analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare payer systems eg Facets QNXT HealthEdgeExposure to performance testing tools eg JMeter LoadRunnerExperience with CI CD pipelines and version control systems eg Jenkins GitISTQB or domain specific certifications eg Certified Professional in Healthcare QualityKnowledge of EDI transactions eg 837 835 and HL7 standards
