QA Testing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) based on software requirements and technical specifications. •Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing. •Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla). •Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality product delivery. •Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or Postman. •Test APIs and web services using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. •Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility for web and mobile applications. •Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous quality improvement. •Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide feedback to the development team. •Maintain proper documentation of test results, release reports, and quality metrics. ________________________________________

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. •5–7 years of proven experience in software testing and quality assurance. •Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and QA methodologies. •Experience with manual testing as well as test automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium, etc.). •Solid experience with API testing and understanding of REST/SOAP services. •Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to validate backend data. •Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or Azure Test Plans). •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. •Good understanding of performance testing concepts and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. •Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
