QA Tester

The QA Tester position at Eazr (Fintech) in Lower Parel, Mumbai offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing financial services through innovation and technology. As a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester, you will be instrumental in ensuring the performance, usability, and reliability of the company's web and mobile applications. Your role will involve conducting manual testing, creating and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest product standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications on various browsers and devices. - Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases. - Identify, log, and track bugs utilizing appropriate bug tracking tools. - Test and validate REST APIs using tools like Postman. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and offer feedback throughout the development process. - Ensure comprehensive, clear, and up-to-date testing documentation. Requirements: - 6 months to 1 year of hands-on QA testing experience. - Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Strong attention to detail and structured, analytical problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and bug tracking processes. - Basic understanding of REST APIs and experience with API testing tools. - Proficiency in testing UI/UX on different screen sizes, browsers, and mobile devices. - Effective communication and documentation abilities. Good to Have: - Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. - Exposure to test automation frameworks/tools is advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the Lower Parel office in Mumbai.
