QA Tester

Job Overview: We seek a skilled and motivated QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in manual testing and should have either experience with automation testing tools or prior experience in automation testing . You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products before they reach customers. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements, create detailed test cases, and execute manual test scenarios. Identify bugs and document them clearly with all necessary details. Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve defects and clarify requirements. Participate in regression, integration, and system testing. Work with automation tools or learn and contribute to existing automation frameworks. Maintain and update test documentation regularly. Follow QA best practices and contribute to process improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Must have 1–3 years of experience in manual testing. Experience in automation testing or experience with automation tools. Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle. Experience with bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect logging. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or TestComplete. Basic understanding of any programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Exposure to API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured. Knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data in databases.
