Role & responsibilities

Domain Experience: (Mandatory)

Financial Services Expertise
: Deep understanding of Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, and Regulatory Compliance.
Payment Systems Knowledge
:

Enterprise Payment Platforms (EPP)
ACH (Automated Clearing House)
SWIFT messaging standards
PayPal integrations
VolPay framework
ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 standards

Fraud Detection Systems
:
Payment APIs & Middleware
Transaction Lifecycle Understanding
:

Payment initiation, authorization, clearing, and settlement
Exception handling and reconciliation processes

Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
:

PCI-DSS, AML, KYC, GDPR
Risk and compliance testing strategies

Responsibilities:

This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of software quality assurance analysis experience, including an understanding of the software development life cycle, Automation Testing, API/ middleware testing, databases (SQL), system design and analysis, and project management
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development, QA, and software release processes.
Must be able to define, develop, and implement different test automation frameworks for Web applications (using Playwright and TypeScript), Windows(desktop) applications, and API automation by incorporating the BDD approach
Hands-on experience in creating matured automated frameworks for validating end-to-end scenarios for highly integrated systems
Proven ability in designing, creating, and executing automated scripts, manual tests, API tests, and database queries is required
Advanced understanding of Functional, Non-Functional, System Integration and Regression testing principles is required
Expert experience with Microsoft Test Professional/Azure DevOps, JIRA or any other test and defect management tool
Must be able to create test plans (manual and automation) and automate test scripts that cover positive, negative and edge case testing as feasible.
Maintain QA documentation, test matrices and generate reports for management.
