What You Will Do:

Manage QA Deliveries: Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of QA projects and
tasks at the respective location, coordinating with project managers, developers, and otherstakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.• Manual and Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute manual and automatedtest cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and maintaining high standards ofquality assurance.• Lead the QA Team: Lead and mentor a group of QA professionals, providing guidance,support, and development opportunities while fostering a collaborative and productiveteam environment.• Implement QA Best Practices: Implement and maintain QA best practices, standards,and processes, monitoring and evaluating QA metrics to identify areas for improvement.• Collaborate and Communicate: Act as the primary point of contact for QA-relatedmatters at the respective location, communicating effectively with cross-functional teamsand stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.• Optional - Code Review: While not essential, contribute to coding tasks and support thedevelopment team in identifying and resolving code-related issues when needed.
