QA Tech Lead

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that quality is integrated into our products at every phase of the project. Your key objective will be to instill confidence in management that quality is a top priority throughout activities such as Proof of Concepts, Design, implementation, Verification, and Validation. Your responsibilities will include: - Heading and owning the QA processes - Establishing and enhancing processes to drive Quality improvements - Planning Quality across projects - Managing releases of deliverables and products to customers - Acting as the main point of contact for customer and external agency quality-related matters - Providing leadership to testing teams for Hardware, Firmware, and Software - Planning and executing objective assessments across projects To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in Hardware/software/embedded testing - Good knowledge of security standards - Familiarity with Quality Management standards - Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and system design - Exposure to testing communication protocols in industrial automation and IOT - Experience with Agile methodology in product development You should possess the following competencies: - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Analytical mindset and innovation orientation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and a "Test to Fail" attitude - Understanding of Change Management Process - Passion for new technologies and methods - Strong numerical skills and knowledge of Statistical Quality Control methods If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role, we look forward to receiving your application.,
