QA Project Manager - Quality Assurance / Testing

Pragma Software is hiring a

QA Project Manager

to lead our software testing efforts and deliver high-quality products for our clients. If you are passionate about quality, project management, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.

What You ll Do

Lead QA activities across multiple software projects.
Plan and track testing efforts with developers and project teams.
Create and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Supervise and guide the QA team in manual and automated testing.
Monitor QA metrics like defect counts and testing coverage.
Identify risks early and suggest improvements to testing processes.
Use tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium for testing and tracking.
Share QA results and feedback with internal teams and clients.
Promote a strong culture of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Need

Education

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/ME/MTech) or a related technical field.
Strong QA leadership experience is also considered.

Experience

Minimum 2 years managing QA activities or leading QA projects.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of software development and web technologies.
