Job Description

Looking for a skilled QA MDV professional with 6 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, specifically with Hexaware Technologies Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Conduct thorough analysis of defects and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Identify and report defects to the development team for resolution.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of testing into the overall quality assurance process.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to work effectively with technical teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement.
Experience with defect tracking and management tools is essential.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
