Job Description

Job Location

Review and analyze software requirements and specifications.
Design, document, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across applications.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Prepare test plans, requirement traceability matrix (RTM), and test summary reports.
Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and retest fixes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.

Required

12 years of experience in manual testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Hands-on experience in preparing and executing test cases.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA/Bugzilla/Mantis.
Basic knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is an added advantage
