About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end manual testing activities.
Prepare test plans, cases, and scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Manage and report defects using standard tools.
Coordinate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
Mentor junior QA team members.
Ensure timely quality releases and status updates.

Required Skills:

4–8 years in manual testing with QA leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test case writing, and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to Agile methodology preferred.
Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
