Key Responsibilities and Skills for QA Roles at Mphasis (Java, Selenium, API Automation):

Automation Framework Development & Maintenance:

Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver for web application testing, and frameworks like Rest Assured for API automation.
Test Script Creation & Execution:

Writing and executing automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications and APIs.
Test Strategy & Planning:

Collaborating with development and QA teams to define test strategies, create comprehensive test plans, and ensure adequate test coverage.
Defect Management:

Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla), and working with development teams for resolution.
