QA Hybrid - Senior Engineer

Role Overview: As a Software Tester at Iris Software, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web and windows/desktop applications in the financial domain/trading platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual and automation testing for web and windows/desktop applications. - Develop and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and test steps. - Utilize Test case creation and bug tracking tools like JIRA, Testrails for efficient test management. - Verify data consistency and accuracy across databases and platforms. - Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive efficient testing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing test automation using Java, Spring, Cucumber, and/or Selenium WebDriver. - Test REST-Ful applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) systems for optimal performance. - Demonstrate proficiency in CSS, HTML, JSON, XML, CSV, and SQL. - Experience with Version Control Systems like GIT to maintain code integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the field. - 6-8 years of experience in manual and automation testing. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and a willingness to learn. - Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Spring, Cucumber, and Selenium WebDriver is a plus.,
