Role & responsibilities

Define and
standardize QA methodologies
across the BTS organization

Preventive actions for quality deliverables
and ensuring overall delivery is aligned with customer expectations

Define strategy for QA Automation;
defined target of achieving improvement in % automation
for all programs

Participate and ensure right QA toll gates are incorporated in all proposals, SoWs/ deals

Right Toolset adoption for QA across practices/ delivery/ programs and ensure
productivity gains with AI

Target of Defect Density and reduction in Testing Cycle time by each program

Flag delivery quality risks proactively to senior management team
