As a QA Engineer, you will be a critical member of our Product & Engineering team, ensuring that our web and mobile solutions deliver seamless, reliable, and impactful experiences for HR leaders, employees, and organizational leaders across industries.You’ll bring strong expertise in manual testing, test case writing, API testing, and automation, with the ability to test across different user roles and environments. Your role is not just about finding bugs—it’s about safeguarding user trust, supporting product innovation, and helping Woliba scale with confidence.Objectives
- Ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms by executing structured manual tests, writing clear and reusable test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles.
- Improve reliability and scalability by designing, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows.
- Strengthen API stability by performing thorough API testing, validating integrations, and identifying edge cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
- Enhance release confidence by driving test coverage, regression testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes
Deliverables
- Well-documented test plans, test cases, and bug reports aligned with product requirements and user stories.
- Comprehensive manual test coverage for new features, regression cycles, and multi-role workflows.
- Automated test scripts that validate key flows across Woliba’s web and mobile applications.
- API test cases and validations for backend services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations.
- QA metrics and reporting that track defect trends, coverage, and release readiness.
- Active participation in sprint ceremonies and release cycles, serving as a quality advocate within the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce and document complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional teams
