We are looking for a passionate and driven QA Engineer with experience in test automation and emerging AI-driven technologies. This role will contribute to designing, developing, and executing test automation solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning, and is eager to grow technical skills in automation and AI-enhanced testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automated test cases and frameworks for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Leverage test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to improve coverage and reduce manual testing cycles.
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline integration of test suites to enable continuous testing.
- Use AI-enhanced testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to support visual testing, defect prediction, or intelligent test generation.
- Write and execute automated regression, performance, and smoke tests across multiple platforms and environments.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps to understand product functionality and ensure test coverage aligns with user expectations.
- Help investigate test failures, file detailed bug reports, and support root cause analysis efforts.
- Continuously review and improve test scripts for reliability, speed, and reusability.
- Explore new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve testing velocity and accuracy.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML testing methodologies and participate in internal learning or experimentation efforts.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:

4+ years hands-on experience
with Playwright using TypeScript (or Python) for browser automation - Proficient in
Node.js
, TypeScript (or Python), and Playwright framework. - Solid expertise in
API automation
(RESTful), using tools like Playwright network abilities or Postman-like parallels - Experienced in
database validation
with SQL for RDBMS (MySQL, Bigquery, etc.) . - Familiar with
CI/CD
tools, especially Jenkins, and container orchestration via Docker - Confident using
Git/GitHub
workflows branching, pull requests, merge strategies . - Strong debugging capabilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Leverage AI agents or assistants (like Copilot, Cursor, Prompt wright) to speed up test method creation, selector identification, and refactoring.
- Use AI-driven analysis tools to parse failures, predict flakiness, and auto-generate initial bug reports.
Nice-to-Have: - Exposure to GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of BDD/TDD frameworks, reporting/reporting tools (Allure, JUnit XML).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Familiarity with Docker builds & orchestration for test environments.
- Understanding of product performance matrix
- Cloud service experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
