As a QA Engineer (Manual / E-Commerce) at our company, your role will involve ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications, with a focus on e-commerce testing. You will be responsible for following the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), designing test cases, executing tests, and working in Agile delivery environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelor's degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or web application testing. - Proficient in STLC, test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting. - Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla, as well as test management tools like TestRail and Zephyr. - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, and SQL for backend validation. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail with the ability to identify edge cases. - Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or web application testing. - Proficient in STLC, test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting. - Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla, as well as test management tools like TestRail and Zephyr. - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, and SQL for backend validation. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail with the ability to identify edge cases. - Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
