We're seeking an entry-level QA Engineer to join our team working on cutting-edge AI projects. You'll ensure the quality and reliability of applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, helping deliver exceptional intelligent software systems.
What You'll Do
Test and validate applications that integrate LLMs and AI agents
Develop test plans and test cases specifically for AI-powered features
Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies in AI system responses
Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety across diverse scenarios
Collaborate with engineers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
Participate in regression testing and contribute to QA documentation
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and interest in LLM technologies
Detail-oriented approach with excellent documentation skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Bonus: Experience testing APIs, prompt engineering, or working with AI tools
