Job Description

You are seeking a QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing, including leadership abilities. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting manual and automated testing, crafting and implementing test plans and scripts, guiding and supporting other QA team members, and overseeing defect tracking and resolution processes. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in tools such as Selenium and JIRA, a solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, and effective leadership and communication skills. This position is based in Mohali, where you will have the opportunity to advance your career within a collaborative work environment. As a part of our team, you will enjoy benefits such as Provident Fund, a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday with morning shifts, as well as performance and yearly bonuses.
