QA Engineer

You will be an integral part of our team as a QA Engineer, bringing a minimum of 3 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing. Your expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or equivalent loan lifecycle software will be crucial in ensuring the end-to-end quality of our lending platform. Your role will involve developing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans for lending journey workflows, performing various types of testing such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Your responsibilities will include identifying, logging, tracking, and validating software defects and issues, as well as collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements. You will also be involved in validating API integrations, data flows, and backend processing, documenting test results, and generating detailed reports for stakeholders. Your contribution to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies will be highly valued. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience testing Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), Core Lending Platforms, or similar financial software. While experience with manual testing is essential, exposure to automation frameworks will be considered a strong advantage. Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman, SQL queries, and defect tracking tools such as JIRA is required. Your ability to write clear test cases, defect reports, and technical documentation, coupled with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, will be key to your success in this position.,
