Job Description

Perform manual testing of web applications and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.
Create, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, regression, and exploratory testing
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to review requirements, ensuring full test coverage.
Execute functional and integration testing to validate web applications, APIs, and services.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand product functionality, new features, and resolve issues.
Identify and log defects with clear and concise documentation, and work with developers to debug and resolve them.
Track and report on test execution progress, defects, and overall quality, providing input into go/no-go decisions.
Assist in building basic automated test scripts using Java and Selenium where needed
Participate in peer reviews of test cases, scripts, and overall QA strategy to ensure consistency and completeness.
Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes, suggesting automation where applicable.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in manual and automated testing.
Participate in daily cross-functional SCRUMs, contributing to sprint planning, bug prioritization, and status reports.
Identify areas for process improvements and continuously enhance testing methodologies.
Ensure alignment with company quality standards and best practices in QA.
