QA Automation(Java & Selenium)

As a QA Automation Engineer at our company, you will be joining our Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through automation testing. Your responsibilities will include designing test strategies, creating automated test suites, and collaborating with various stakeholders to guarantee complete test coverage. Here is a breakdown of what is expected from you: **Role Overview:** - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber - Create and maintain BDD feature files aligned with business requirements - Perform API testing and automation using Postman - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure complete test coverage - Execute test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution - Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes - Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and QA strategy for new features - Prepare test metrics, reports, and documentation for stakeholders - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases through robust testing practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience - 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing - Strong proficiency in Java for test automation development - Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation - Hands-on experience implementing BDD frameworks and authoring feature files using Cucumber - Good understanding of automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM), hybrid, or data-driven frameworks - Experience with Postman for manual and automated API testing - Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git) - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies - Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills - Experience in Agile/Scrum Environments Preferred As a part of our team, you will benefit from our culture of caring, commitment to learning and development, interesting and meaningful work, balance and flexibility, and high-trust organization.
