QA Automation

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Wipro Limited, your role will involve designing, programming, simulating, and testing automation products or processes to achieve the required efficiency and effectiveness. You will be instrumental in understanding software requirements, analyzing technology architecture, formulating project plans, and contributing to automation roadmap design and testing process improvements. Additionally, you will design and execute software development and reporting, ensure the environment is ready for execution processes, develop technical specifications, and resolve complex technical design issues. Your role will also involve ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders, working with Agile delivery teams, creating acceptance criteria for user stories, developing robust test automation tests, and collaborating with the development team to improve continuous deployment practices. Key Responsibilities: - Understand software requirements and design of the product - Analyze and understand the current technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks - Formulate project plans and submit them for approval - Contribute to the automation roadmap design and testing process improvements - Design and execute software development and reporting - Develop technical specifications and plans - Resolve complex technical design issues - Implement, track, and report key metrics for functional and non-functional requirements - Design and implement automated testing tools when possible - Ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders - Work with Agile delivery teams and create acceptance criteria for user stories - Collaborate with the development team to improve continuous deployment practices - Stay up-to-date on industry standards and incorporate them appropriately Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Performance Testing - Experience: 5-8 Years In addition to the above requirements, at Wipro Limited, individuals are encouraged to evolve their skills and careers to meet the challenges of the digital world.
