Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Proven experience in testing
desktop, web, and cloud solutions
.
Strong knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g.,
JIRA
).
Proficiency in:

Database services:
MySQL
API testing tools:
Postman, SoapUI, Insomnia

Hands-on experience with web services like
ServiceNow ITSM
,
Salesforce CRM
(nice to have).
Expertise in automation tools:

Selenium
or
Playwright
(Java)
REST API automation
(Java)

Knowledge of
GitHub
for version control.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (e.g.,
Google Cloud
,
Splunk Cloud
) including compute, storage, networking, security, and data analytics.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in
Agile methodologies
.
Ability to understand customer use cases and prioritize test cases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
