QA Automation

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at our company, your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software platforms through automation, continuous testing, and process excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and backend systems. - Build and execute end-to-end automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG. - Collaborate with developers to define clear testable requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage. - Integrate automation scripts within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) for continuous quality validation. - Conduct performance, load, and reliability testing using JMeter, Locust, or equivalent tools. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with engineering teams. - Lead QA process improvements and advocate best practices in test automation and quality engineering. - Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to overall automation maturity across the organization. **Preferred Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and QA automation. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java for test automation scripting. - Hands-on experience with UI and API test automation frameworks. - Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps environments. - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr). - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP). - Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.,
