Role Summary

• Architect and resolve complex automation challenges across diverse domains.
• Build automation solutions for cutting-edge technologies on a day-to-day basis.
• Establish and enforce best practices at COE.
• Conduct automation audits across diverse and complex customer projects.
• Compare multi automation tools strengths & weaknesses like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Tosca.
• Give demo of our AI product, then understand customers challenges, build solutions and present the solutions to the clients
• Must have hands on experience on framework design & development.
• Build robust automation solutions collaborating with our Automation COE for various global customer projects
• Design, define, and lead enterprise-level test automation strategies.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
• Proven experience building custom automation frameworks (Hybrid,keyword-driven, data-driven, BDD/TDD).
• Exposure to additional automation tools such as Appium ,Playwright, Cypress ,Tosca,Katalon & more.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML-driven testing tools.
• Experience in API automation (REST, GraphQL) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
