QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst at Transoft Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the development office in Bangalore, India. You will assist in developing test plans, running automatic and manual test cases, and reporting defects found during testing. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. In this role, you will be expected to: - Be proficient with Transoft Solution's products - Develop, maintain, and execute product test procedures for Transoft Products on various CAD platforms - Develop, maintain, and execute installation test procedures to ensure product installation works on a variety of systems - Work closely with the Platform Specialist developer to report, reproduce, and verify defects - Perform localization testing for different translations of the software - Perform other QA tasks as required by the product teams - Assist in the reviewing of technical documents as required - Produce and modify CAD drawings to conform to development procedures - Work within an agile software development process that contributes to process improvement - Collaborate with stakeholders and be accountable to achieve the project's vision Qualifications required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (preferred) or a computer-related discipline - Understanding of SDLC, specifically QA role in the cycle - Experience working with defect tracking systems - 3-5 years of work experience in CAD drafting, including AutoCAD (MicroStation experience considered an asset) - Proficiency in Windows operating systems and experience with networks - Ability to write detailed defect reports - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work successfully under tight deadlines Transoft Solutions offers a flexible working environment that includes in-person and remote work options.
