QA Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases. You will be responsible for translating these requirements into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Using MySQL, you will conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements and specifications. - Execute manual testing to ensure application functionality and performance. - Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing. - Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them. - Participate in UAT and support go-live activities. Qualifications Required: - Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field. - Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or Quality Analyst role. - Demonstrate proficiency in MySQL for data querying, data validation, and business analysis. - Possess a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. - Exhibit analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Be tech-savvy.,
