Job Description

Python Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
Drive architecture discussions and recommend scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and system integrations.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and performance issues.
Stay updated with the latest Python and backend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of proven Python development experience.
Expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and backend architecture.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery).
Prior experience leading a development team.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
