experience with TypeScript is a plus.

the engineering team.
• Lead teams and mentor engineers to foster technical growth and excellence.
• Deliver high-impact backend solutions that are reliable, scalable, and
maintainable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical direction with business
goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
• B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
• Strong expertise in Python; familiarity with TypeScript is desirable.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable, distributed
systems.
• Leadership experience: mentoring, guiding teams, and driving engineering
excellence.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and
maintainability.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
