Position: Python Django Lead Developer

Experience:

What You’ll Do

Python Django Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of scalable and secure
Django-based backend systems
Design, implement, and document robust
RESTful APIs
Integrate
Azure Cloud services
for deployment, monitoring, and scaling
Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams
Review code for performance, quality, and adherence to best practices
Optimize SQL and NoSQL data storage systems
Participate in
architecture discussions and technical strategy decisions
Guide and mentor junior developers and peers on best practices

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in backend development
Minimum
8 years of Django
framework expertise
Experience in
React.js
Strong experience in
Python
programming and Django ORM
Hands-on experience with
Azure Cloud services
(deployment, scaling, storage, and monitoring)/
AWS
Expertise in designing and implementing
RESTful APIs
Experience working with
SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with
Git
,
CI/CD pipelines
, and version control practices
Understanding of
application performance optimization
and security best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments

Good to Have

Experience with data warehousing or analytics platforms
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools
Exposure to frontend collaboration (React/Angular) and full-stack workflows

Education

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science
