Job Description

Lead the
design, development, and deployment
of backend systems using
Python
and
AWS Lambda
.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
, ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Collaborate with
product, architecture, and DevOps
teams to design secure and efficient cloud-native solutions.
Build and maintain
RESTful APIs
,
microservices
, and
event-driven architectures
.
Implement and manage
CI/CD pipelines
using tools such as
CodePipeline
,
GitHub Actions
, or
Jenkins
.
Monitor and troubleshoot
production systems
using
CloudWatch
and related AWS monitoring tools.
Ensure compliance with
coding standards
,
security policies
, and
architectural guidelines
.
Drive
continuous improvement
across development processes, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years
of backend development experience with a strong focus on
Python
.
3+ years
of hands-on experience developing
AWS Lambda
serverless applications.
Proficiency with key
AWS services
:
API Gateway
,
DynamoDB
,
S3
,
CloudWatch
, and
IAM
.
Solid understanding of
RESTful APIs
,
microservice architecture
, and
event-driven design
.
Experience implementing
CI/CD pipelines

automated deployment workflows
.
Strong knowledge of

Proven ability to
lead technical teams
