Description

We are looking for a Python Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, leading teams, and delivering software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Python and related frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met within the team.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in the applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Python development.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in Python development and software engineering.
Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Solid understanding of database management systems, especially SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
