As a Technical Leader plays a key role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring that development aligns with architectural goals and business objectives.
Research, evaluate, and recommend the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for project success.
Translate architectural blueprints into technical specifications and implementation plans.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and coding best practices.
Oversee and enforce code reviews, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.Ensure the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and Technical Analyses.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including Project Managers and Architects to relay team progress, decisions, and potential trade-offs.
Identify and proactively address potential technical risks and project blockers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
