We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong handson experience in Python backend and React frontend to join our dynamic engineering team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable highperformance web applications while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver quality software solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesApplication DevelopmentDesign develop and maintain full stack web applications using Python Django Flask FastAPI for the backend and Reactjs for the frontendWrite clean efficient and reusable code following best practices and design patternsSystem Design and ArchitectureParticipate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable and robust solutionsDevelop RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with the frontendCollaboration and DeliveryWork closely with product managers UXUI designers and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver high quality softwareParticipate in code reviews unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and maintainabilityPerformance and OptimizationOptimize frontend performance for responsiveness and scalabilityEnsure backend services are efficient secure and performant under heavy workloadsDeployment and MaintenanceManage deployments on cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and ensure continuous integration and delivery CICDMonitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and reliability

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field6 to 8 years of handson experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleStrong proficiency in Python and at least one framework such as Django Flask or FastAPIExpertise in Reactjs JavaScript ES6 HTML5 and CSS3Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecturesStrong understanding of relational PostgreSQL MySQL and NoSQL MongoDB databasesFamiliarity with version control Git CICD pipelines and containerization Docker KubernetesSolid understanding of software development principles unit testing and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript and Redux or similar state management librariesKnowledge of cloud deployment AWS Lambda ECS Azure Functions etcFamiliarity with security best practices in web application developmentExposure to DevOps practices and API Gateway integrations
