Python Developer

Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead (Night Shift)

Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role

Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop scalable SaaS and ERP-based products.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations using 

  Python

   and 

  Frappe Framework

  .
• Develop and customize ERP applications using 

  Frappe/ERPNext

  .
• Work with 

  PostgreSQL

   or other relational databases.
• Oversee front-end development using 

  React

   or 

  Vue.js

  .
• Manage deployments using 

  Linux

   and 

  Docker

  .
• Collaborate with distributed teams and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• Strong backend experience in 

  Python

   and 

  Frappe/ERPNext

  .
• Expertise in 

  PostgreSQL

   or similar RDBMS.
• Hands-on experience with 

  React

   or 

  Vue.js

  .
• Solid understanding of 

  Linux

  , 

  Docker

  , and 

  DevOps workflows

  .
• Proven experience in 

  SaaS

   and 

  ERP

   product development.

Preferred Experience

• VoIP / Telecom systems

  : SIP, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or Twilio.

• ERP customization

   (Odoo or ERPNext).
• Leadership experience in 

  startups or scale-ups

  .

Nice to Have

• Cloud experience (

  AWS / GCP / Azure

  ).
• Knowledge of 

  Microservices

   and 

  API gateways

  .
