Python Developer for n8n Automation, AI Workflows, and AI Agents**

Must Have

• Strong Python basics and ability to write clean code.
• Good English communication.
• Strong interest in n8an automation, API integrations, and workflow logic.
• Ability to use ChatGPT and AI tools for coding, debugging, and optimisation.
• Basic understanding of AI Agents, agentic workflows, and LLM based automation.
• Knowledge of RAG chatbots, embeddings, vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS.
• Familiarity with Ollama, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or willingness to learn fast.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Beginner experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Problem solving mindset and ability to learn quickly.

Role Responsibilities

• Build Python scripts, backend utilities, and API based integrations.
• Develop n8n workflows, custom Python functions, and automation pipelines.
• Work on AI Agent flows, RAG chatbots, and LLM powered tasks.
• Use Ollama and local LLMs for small AI experiments.
• Implement embeddings, vector search, and simple RAG logic.
• Process structured and unstructured data using Python.
• Document code and workflows and perform basic testing.

Good To Have

• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph.
• Knowledge of Zapier, Make, or Pabbly.
• Experience running local models or using OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic APIs.
• Git, Linux, Postman, Docker basics.
• Interest in CRM, ERP, WhatsApp automation.

Work Details

• Work From Office, Alwar.
• Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
• Performance tracked based on delivery, learning, and code quality.
