Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using Python and related frameworks.
• Build scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and integrations.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product Managers) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python and backend technologies.

Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and database design (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Machine Learning / AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Exposure to Celery, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and automation.
