Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Python Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of the Census-to-Quote solution. This role involves managing integrations, data processing workflows, and document parsing capabilities to enable accurate and automated data reconciliation between systems.

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end Python application development for census data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation workflows
Design and implement integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, IDP systems, and file-based data sources (Excel, CSV, PDF)
Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure Python solutions to support business rules for data matching and discrepancy detection
Oversee PDF/document parsing using libraries and tools such as PyMuPDF, pdfplumber, or Tesseract OCR or third party tools
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and QA teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria
Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD practices, and unit/integration testing coverage Guide and mentor team members, review code, and resolve complex technical issues
Support project milestones from MVP to full-scale deployment

Required Skills:

6+ years of Python development experience, including 2+ years in a lead role Expertise in data parsing from structured and unstructured sources (PDF, Excel, CSV, XML) in AWS environment
Strong knowledge of API design, REST/GraphQL integrations, and data pipelines Proficiency with OCR and NLP libraries for document content extraction
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and deployment practices
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Preferred Experience in insurance, benefits, or healthcare domain data processing Exposure to Salesforce integration
