Python Developer (FastAPI)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain FastAPI-based services for RL Gym experimentation workflows and simulation environments.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to expose APIs for training, evaluation, and benchmarking.
• Write efficient, production-grade Python code with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize pipelines, and ensure smooth deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong expertise of 3 years in FastAPI (Flask/Django acceptable, but FastAPI required).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, async programming, API lifecycle management.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, version control).
• Exposure to NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow preferred.
• Nice to have: Experience with Reinforcement Learning environments (OpenAI Gym, Gymnasium, Stable Baselines).
