About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong data analytics expertise to join our dynamic team. You will act as a bridge between technical development and business intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build data-driven solutions that empower our customers with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and Professional Services teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver projects on time.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable business insights.
  
• Create custom reports tailored to customer needs while identifying opportunities for scalable, reusable solutions.
  
• Analyze customer requirements to determine if needs can be met through existing reports, enhancements, or new development.
  
• Understand and optimize data models and data warehouse architecture for efficient data retrieval.
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to serve data from the warehouse.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python and SQL code for analytics and reporting solutions.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all deliverables.
  

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and data analytics.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries and optimization in data warehouse environments.
  
• Proven experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  
• Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database design.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Experience with project estimation and managing delivery timelines.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, ClickHouse).
  
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
  
• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn).
  
• Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices.
  
• Background in SaaS or customer-facing technical environments.
