Job Summary:

Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems using Python.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Develop data pipelines, ETL workflows, and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, product managers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices (TDD/BDD, SOLID principles).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical decision-making.
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years

  of professional experience in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of

  object-oriented programming (OOP)

  , design patterns, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL and NoSQL databases

  (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Strong experience with

  cloud services

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD

  .
• Experience with

  unit testing, integration testing, and TDD/BDD frameworks

  (pytest, unittest, behave).
• Knowledge of

  asynchronous programming

  (Asyncio, Celery, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong understanding of

  data structures, algorithms, and system design principles

  .
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  microservices architecture

  and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of

  big data tools

  (Spark, Hadoop) or

  data engineering

  workflows.
• Exposure to

  machine learning frameworks

  (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus.
• Familiarity with
