Python Backend Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to build and maintain backend services for our BSS platform. The developer will implement APIs, integrate with frontend and third-party services, and ensure smooth operation of database and authentication components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and REST APIs for the BSS platform.
• Integrate with frontend applications and third-party services.
• Collaborate with DevOps for containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ensure database integration and manage data consistency with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Support authentication and authorization mechanisms (Keycloak/OAuth2).

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask / REST API).
• Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL / MySQL databases.
• Basic understanding of authentication (Keycloak/OAuth2 preferred).
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD basics.
• Exposure to cloud or containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in payment gateway integration and handling online transactions.
• Understanding of billing systems, invoicing, and subscription management, chargeback.
• Familiarity with secure transaction flows, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of cloud/containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Python Developer in software development.
