Title: Python Full Stack Architect (Backend)

Location: Gurgaon – Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Role:

Python Full Stack Architect (Backend Focus)

Responsibilities:

Architect and design
robust backend systems and APIs
using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
Define
microservices and cloud-native architecture
for high-availability and scalability
Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Set coding standards, review code and architecture, and mentor developers
Optimize application
performance, reliability, and security
Champion adoption of
CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability practices

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in
Python backend development
, with at least 3–5 years as an Architect
Proven experience designing
enterprise-scale backend architectures and microservices
Hands-on with
SQL & NoSQL databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and
message queues
(Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Strong understanding of
RESTful API/GraphQL design
, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and container orchestration
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and testing frameworks
(pytest, unittest)
Exposure to frontend technologies (React/JavaScript) for seamless full-stack integration is a plus
