Join our dynamic team as a Tech Lead, where youll lead a team of developers while acting as the key bridge between clients, management, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Will be working in projects involving large scale modernization, generative AI based solution
• Will serve as the primary liaison between clients, management, and the development team, ensuring clear communication of project requirements, expectations, and progress.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze their needs, and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and high-quality outcomes.
• Break down project tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team members are effectively managing their workload.
• Provide hands-on leadership in the development of full-stack solutions, utilizing your expertise in Python and React to guide and support the team.
• Be a hands on architect who leads from the front and ensures deliverables are as per client expectations.
• Lead technical workshops, solutioning, and architecture reviews with teams.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline workflows and ensure efficient software delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of applications in production environments.
• Actively contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting, offering technical expertise when necessary to overcome challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned Architect with 10+ years of experience, proficient in Python, React and GenAI.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, with a proven ability to deliver complex software projects.
• A seasoned techie with deep understanding of both frontend and backend development. Expertise in Python, microservices, and React for building scalable, dynamic user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform). Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), as well as cloud platforms like Azure.
• Adept at gathering client requirements and communicating them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance multiple responsibilities, including managing client expectations, driving development progress, and ensuring high standards of code quality.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients, management, and team members.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and deployment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and related tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
