About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Architect with strong expertise in AWS cloud services to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should bring architectural leadership, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to guide engineering teams. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of scalable Python-based applications.

• Build and optimize microservices, APIs, and cloud-native components.

• Architect and deploy solutions using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).

• Define standards for code quality, cloud security, and CI/CD processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product.

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.

• Mentor development teams and provide technical direction.

• Ensure scalability, availability, and security of systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python.

• Proven experience as a Python Architect / Technical Architect.

• Solid knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and real-time project experience.

• Expertise in microservices, REST API design, and distributed systems.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Automation, and DevOps best practices.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (RDS, DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with Serverless (AWS Lambda).

• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Exposure to AI/ML or event-driven systems.

• Team leadership and mentoring experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
